New Museum Tells a Story of the Bravery of Jewish Soldiers

A museum opened in Israel that highlights Jews who fought in World War II.

Jewish Soldiers

Around 1.5 million Jewish soldiers served in World War II. Of those who served, approximately 250,000 lost their lives.

New Museum

To ensure that their bravery and sacrifice are not forgotten, a new museum has been opened. The museum houses artifacts, equipment, and stories that keep the memory of Jewish service in World War II alive for new generations. The museum also houses objects and materials documenting other military conflicts that have shaped Israel's history.

Museum Location

The museum is located in Latrun which is halfway between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
