A Rosh Hashana Song from Latma

The group Latma released a festive music video to celebrate Rosh Hashanah, welcome in the new year, and uplift a God who never slumbers or sleeps and who protects His children.

LatmaTV is in Israeli based website and satirical news site. They release new music videos every so often, and this one was perfect for Rosh Hashanah. Though joyous, Rosh Hashanah is also a semi-solemn time in preparation for the Ten Days of Awe and upcoming Yom Kippur. Rosh Hashanah falls on the first and second days of the month of Tishrei on the Jewish calendar. It is generally a time of prayer, shofar blowing, reflection on the past year, and the blessings God has bestowed upon us during the year past.
