Eight stone courses of the Western Wall that had been buried under an 8-meter layer of earth were recently uncovered in excavations conducted by the Israel Antiquities Authority in the Western Wall Tunnels in Jerusalem.
A clay seal with the name Isaiah on it was found just 10 feet away from where a seal of King Hezekiah was found only 3 years ago. The seals were found just to the south of the steps that lead to the entrance to the temple that Solomon built.
