Quick and Easy Vegan Pesto

Summer may be gone, but Chef Ani demonstrates the preparation of a delicious vegan pesto.

 

Ingredients are basil, parsley, nutritional yeast, pine nuts or walnuts, crushed red pepper, olive oil, garlic and fresh lemon. 

Chef Ani shows us her method for preparing this dish and how to preserve it.  Pesto can turn brown if not stored correctly and Chef Ani tells us how to do it.

It only takes a few minutes to prepare and is well received by one and all.
