Slow Cooker Lemon Blueberry Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. steel cut oats
  • 4 c. unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 c. blueberries1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 4 tbsp. agave nectar

Instructions:

  1. Spray crock pot with cooking oil spray.
  2. Pour coconut milk into crock pot; then stir in steel cut oats, blueberries, vanilla extract, and lemon extract.
  3. Set the crock pot to low heat; cover and cook overnight.
  4. Stir in agave nectar and serve.
